JRPP APPROVES BYRON BYPASS PLANS

The Byron Bay bypass has taken another step forward, with the Joint Regional Planning Panel giving its tick of approval.

1.3 kilometres long – the road will link Browning and Shirley streets when completed, avoiding the busy Johnson street.

It’s designed to improve traffic flow and ease congestion throughout the tourist town’s centre.
