Police are urging people to use common sense when around open flames, following an explosion on Saturday night.
Emergency crews were called to Joppa Street, Niagara Park after party goers threw a deodorant can into an outside fire, causing it to explode.
Four teenagers were taken to Gosford Hospital for treatment after suffering burns to their face, legs and arms.
