Police have charged an 18-year-old man with a string of driving offences, following a car chase and crash that left six people seriously injured in Gosford earlier this year.
Police say they were patrolling Showground Road on January 22, when they attempted to stop a stolen Hyundai Getz.
But soon after the car, carrying five people collided with another vehicle being driven by a 43-year-old woman.
All passengers have since recovered but all received significant traumatic brain injuries.
The 18 year old alleged driver of the car has been granted bail and will appear at Woy Woy Children’s Court on 15th July.
