Tamworth’s Peel High School has finished the girl’s Combined High School’s basketball knockout as the third best team in the state.
The north west outfit lost its first game in Gosford yesterday by a point, before winning its next two matches to reach the semi finals.
Westfield Sports High over-powered them by 15, but Peel recovered to claim the bronze medal, beating Sydney’s Glenmore Park 52-35.
