I don’t get it! I am watching ch 3 and the news update comes on. A number of news items were read out including a story about a rugby league player possibly being unable to play state of origin because of a head high tackle on anther pleayer. I wait for a news bite about the Jets takeover by a Chinese billionaire but still no story. What an absolute shame that this story did not rate a mention . Shame on ch3. I certainly hope Mr Martin Lee wasn’t watching tv in his hotel tonight. He must think …how rude are these people!!! He has just paid about $5m to purchase the Jets and with that comes the FREE NEWCASTLE publicity back in China about his aquistion and the potential flow on effect of increased tourism to the Newcastle and Hunter region. Yet Ch 3 chooses not to mention anything during the news update. I just don’t get it and neither do ch 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
