Police are investigating after a house was inundated by fire on the Gold Coast overnight.
Just before 1am on Sunday, police responded to reports of a house fire on Mercator Street in Carrara.
They arrived to find the house well alight.
The cause of the fire is yet to be identified. Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
