28-YEAR-OLD EXTRADITED FROM QUEENSLAND OVER ARMIDALE ROBBERY
A 28-year-old male has been extradited from Queensland in relation to an alleged aggravated break and enter in Armidale earlier this year.
On the 13th of April, three men broke into a home on Rockvale Road, Armidale, and threatened the property’s 40-year-old resident.
The assailants stole a number of items before fleeing the scene.
One man was arrested later that day in relation to the incident. He was subsequently charged with robbery, and aggravated break, enter and steal.
Then last Thursday, further investigations led NSW police to a location in Southport in Queensland, where a 28-year-old man was detained. He was extradidted to NSW yesterday, and charged with robbery, and aggravated break, enter and steal.
Investigations continue.
