CARINYA DAYCARE HELPING A REMOTE COMMUNITY

Proving kindness knows no bounds, staff and children from Hunter TAFE’s Carinya Daycare in Newcastle have joined together to help a remote Aboriginal community.
19 boxes of warm clothes are being sent all the way to the Barclay region, 300 kilometres from Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory.
Staff say they’re to send another shipment soon – most likely of books and sporting equipment.
