JP LEAVING THE JETS TO RETURN TO MELBOURNE

Jets CEO David Eland says the sale of the club remains an ongoing process, with the FFA still conducting negotiations.
Meanwhile, head coach Scott Miller is on the hunt for a new assistant, following news Jean-Paul de Marigny is returning to the Melbourne Victory to work with Kevin Muscat.
The man known as J-P moved to Newcastle in June 2015, to be closer to his wife, who was battling ill health.
Thankfully, she’s now healthy enough for them to resume the life they were building in Victoria.
The Jets say they intend to have a new senior assistant in place prior to the start of pre-season training in late June.
