A 37-year-old man is in a serious but stable condition at Gosford Hospital, after he was stabbed multiple times this morning.
Police were called to a caravan park along the Pacific Highway at Wyoming just after one o’clock, where they found the man wounded.
He was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital.
Early investigations led police to pull over a car driving along nearby Dunbar Way.
Four men and a woman are now assisting police with their inquiries.
