A man facing multiple charges over the fatal Peats Ridge crash on Friday night has been granted conditional bail at Gosford local Court.
Muhammad Manok was driving a toyota Hilux carrying four passengers when it veered and hit a power pole about 11.30 pm.
A 63 year old man and 16 year old died at the scene.
The 24 year old is charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and negligent driving occasioning death.
The matter has been adjourned until the 1st of July.
