Work to upgrade Ballina’s Teven Road will get underway next week.
From Monday, the road will be closed between Shaws Lane and Eltham Road, as surface improvements, curve corrections and line marking is carried out.
The project, funded under the Federal Government’s Blackspot Program, will cost $900,000.
