The Greater Northern Tigers have won their third consecutive Under 16s Country Rugby League title, with a Steven McGrady try on full time in Tamworth.
But it was the visiting Western Rams who jumped out of the gates, with the game’s first points through Zarrin Galea.
The hosts soon hit back, with centre Hayden Bourke barging across the line.
Nathan Swain edged the Rams ahead just before half time, but the hosts re-grouped to claim the decider, 16-12.
