Meanwhile, a teenage girl is now recovering in Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital, after a suspected drug overdose at Maitland’s Groovin’ the Moo music festival.
The 15-year-old was initially in a critical condition, after losing consciousness at the event yesterday.
Police are investigating – and festival promoter, GTM, has declined to comment.
36 people were arrested for drug possession during random searches at the festival.
