MOTORCYCLIST THROWN FROM VEHICLE IN MAITLAND

A motorcyclist has suffered serious injuries after colliding with a ute in Maitland last night.
The 36-year-old male rider was thrown from his bike, after crashing with a Ford utility at the intersection of Robert Street and Goldingham Streets at Tenambit at around 8:30pm.
The driver of the ute, a 62-year-old man, was uninjured but taken to John Hunter Hospital for mandatory tests.
Investigations continue.
There was a house fire on Mt. Hall Road Raymond Terrace that completely gutted this house just after 12 on New Years and I haven’t heard about it on any news or on the net. The family there obviously has lost everything. I think it’s important to report local news rather than robberies in Queensland. Thank you for your time.
