A report is being prepared for the coroner following a fatal accident south of Grafton last night.
Reports suggest a man became trapped after his vehicle left Kangaroo Creek road, and hit a tree at about 8:30pm.
Police, Ambulance and Emergency Services rushed to the scene but the driver had already died at the scene.
