NORTH COAST NO MATCH FOR NEWCASTLE IN COUNTRY CRICKET CHAMPS

In representative cricket, and Newcastle has got off to a flying start in its Country Championships campaign in Narrabri, easily accounting for North Coast.

Newcastle lost two early wickets in the run chase, before captain Mark Littlewood and Jeff Goninan chased down the small total.

North Coast were helpless to the early onslaught, with Newcastle’s bowlers ripping through North Coast’s batting line up.

Newcastle play Central North tomorrow.
