HUNTER SAILORS HEAD TO EUROPE FOR RIO PREPARATIONS

Mat Belcher and Lake Macquarie sailor Will Ryan have taken out the 470 European Championship in Mallorca, in a perfect warm-up for the Rio Olympics.
The Aussie pair had established a 12-point lead before the medal race, increasing that advantage to 16 in the final.
Fellow Hunter sailors Nathan Outteridge and Iain Jensen are also in Spain for the 49er titles.
