MARINE RESCUE WARNS BOATIES TO BE SAFE DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
The school holidays are underway and our friends on the water are reminding us all to stay safe when we head out in the boat.
Marine Rescue NSW Central Coast Unit Commander Rodger Palmer says it’s important to remember the little things.
“All kids should be wearing life jackets. Nowadays, life jackets are so easy to wear, you don’t even realise you’ve got it on.”
Marine Rescue is pleading with boaties to let them know when they’re heading out, and to ensure their vessel is ship shape.
