An elderly man has escaped with minor injuries after being hit by a car in Tamworth this morning.
Around 9:30 emergency services were called to a Bridge Street car park, following reports a vehicle had reversed into a man aged in his early 80’s.
He was transferred by ambulance to Tamworth hospital to be treated for back pain and a laceration to his arm.
