P-PLATER RETURNS BREATH TEST OF 0.214 IN ADAMSTOWN HEIGHTS
A P-plater will face court in April, after being charged with high range drink driving in Newcastle.
Just before two o’clock this morning, a 21-year-old woman was stopped for a random breath test on City Road in Adamstown Heights.
Police say it returned a positive result, and the driver was arrested.
A subsequent breath analysis at Charlestown Police Station allegedly returned a reading of 0.214.
The driver had her license suspended. She will appear in court on April 13.
