Lismore’s Lake Pool has been given a temporary reprieve, with councillors last night voting to investigate repairing the aging facility.
A report will now be prepared by council staff on how much it would cost to refurbish the pool, before a decision on its future is made.
Lismore Council has received several offers to buy the site, since closing it in 2011.
