TEENS CHARGED AFTER ALLEGEDLY STEALING LOLLIES AND ICE-CREAMS IN ARMED HOLD UP
Two teenagers have been charged after they allegedly stole items including lollies and ice-creams, during an armed hold up at Raymond Terrace.
It’s alleged the boys, both aged 16, entered the shop on Sunday morning with their faces covered and wearing gloves, before threatening an employee with a tomahawk and stealing food, cash and cigarettes.
The offenders then ran to a waiting vehicle.
The teens were yesterday charged with armed robbery, they’ll face a children’s court later this month.
