CONTROVERSIAL SCULPTURE GIVEN COAT OF PAINT

Painters have been brought in to add some colour to Lismore’s controversial ark sculpture in Woodlark Street.
Its concrete base is being painted dark blue to look more like the ocean.
The upgrade will cost just under three and a half thousand dollars.
Since it was built in 2014, the cost and design of the project has divided opinions among ratepayers.
