Construction on Lismore’s biggest commercial development in more than a decade starts next week.
A four-storey office building will be built on a block in Molesworth Steet, which has been vacant for more than fifty years.
The $9-million development is expected to be leased by financial businesses.
“First floor will be carparking and a cafe, and three storeys of office block in the latest green star rating is just fantastic, right in the heart of the city.”
Building work is expected to take 12-months to complete.
