One person has died following a two vehicle collision in the state’s north-east.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Tweed Valley Way and Stokers Road near Murwillumbah, at about 10.20am.
Details about the age and gender of the deceased is yet to be released.
The intersection is expected to be closed for some time as police carry out investigations.
