A 60-year-old motorbike rider has died as a result of a crash at Maroota, north west of Sydney.
Around 9:30am on Saturday, emergency services were called to Wisemans Ferry Road amid reports of a vehicle accident.
Police and paramedics arrived to find a motorcycle had left the road and crashed. Unfortunately the rider died a short time later.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
