OCEAN SHORES IN THE GAME

It’s been in the pipeline for decades, but the wait is almost over for Ocean Shores residents.

Byron Shire Council has announced that by August this year, the town will finally have a football oval of its own.

Construction of the North Ocean Shores Sports field is expected to begin at the end of this month.

The Shara Boulevard site will be suitable for premier division sporting matches.
