  1. Dan Shearin may not be in prison but it is pretty certain that he will never get a real job and he has little to live for. That may not bring solace to his victims but he is suffering.

He is PR poison for any entertainment agency — not that he was a rising star of any genuine real talent anyway — so his dream career is over.

With just a year 11 education and a string of criminal records, a well-paid white collar professional job certainly eludes him. The man was just a waiter before he entered his halcyon days singing on cruise ships to a captive audience of pensioners and bogans and he was stacking shelves when he met that unfortunate cheerleader lassie on the Gold Coast.

His previous book, said to be stacked with embarrassing punctuation, grammar and spelling errors was panned by the few readers who have bothered to open its pages so not only does his demonstrable illiteracy further exclude him from work, it remains to be seen if any publishing house takes on his new venture.

In his 2013-4 matter the press widely reported that Shearin’s defence counsel argued against a custodial sentence so that Shearin could make arrangements with his landlord which indicatesShearin has no nest egg, no real estate. He could not even be interviewed on his own property for this footage featured here.

His professed love of the ocean is no longer pursued on cruise ships of the open ocean and now he makes do with single person watercraft in estuaries.

His future is bleak. Any women using dating sites are only a few keystrokes from any search engine that will list Shearin’s past.

So readers, should you ever see Shearin, keep cool and do him a small favour and toss him a coin for the laundromat when he wipes down your windscreen. It is not much but it will probably be the best thing to happen to him as he immature mind grapples with the accelerating deterioration of his prematurely aged face, body and receding hairline.
