There’s plenty of activity in Singleton’s recreational precinct, with work underway on stage two of council’s gym and pool redevelopment.
Stage one of the $6-million project included demolition works and an extension of gym facilities.
“Stage two is the second stage with the hydrotherapy pool and the creche and the office areas and we’re hoping that will go just as smoothly”, says acting council GM, Gary Thompson.
The project is due to be finished in June.
