ARTISTS TO BRIGHTEN UP RICHMOND VALLEY PUBLIC SPACES

Bare walls across the Richmond Valley are set to be transformed, as part of a new public art program.

Local artists will paint murals and create sculptures across the shire, adding colour to suburban areas.
