FALSE ALARM IN SWANSEA MARINE SEARCH

There was a massive search off Lake Macquarie today, after a boat was found overturned at Swansea.

Fearing people onboard were missing, four boats and the police helicopter scoured the water for much of the day.

However it eventually emerged the three-person crew was already back on land.
