Five train stations in the north west are set for security upgrades, with the installation of CCTV cameras.
Armidale and Moree will receive the devices in the Northern Tablelands electorate, while Tamworth, Gunnedah and Narrabri will also be updated.
The State Government is spending $2 million across 22 stations across regional New South Wales.
