The Country Music Festival is just around the corner and today the Riverside camping grounds were officially opened.
Early arrivals claimed their spot, and got to know their new neighbours.
“We cater here for up to about 4,500 people, it’s a very very large camping area.”
Meanwhile, council is receiving help from four interns from Nashville in the United States, as part of a sister city relationship.
“I’d love to just help out and learn about what goes on into putting on a festival like this, I’m really excited to see like George said, the backstage aspect of it.”
