- Four people have been injured, two seriously, after two cars collided at Maryland in Newcastle about 11 this morning. Maryland Drive is closed with crash investigators on scene.
- Parts of Bulahdelah have been isolated with minor flooding in the area. The Myall River peaked at about midday. There’s a severe weather warning for heavy rainfall for the mid north coast and Hunter – while large hailstones and severe storms could affect parts of the North West Slopes and Plains.
