Police and SES crews are searching for a man who failed to surface after he jumped off a bridge into the Richmond River this morning on the far north coast.
Around 6am today, police attended the bridge on Adam Street at Coraki after family members reported the 22-year-old had jumped into the river 20 minutes earlier and had not been seen since.
A search involving police, LifeSaver4 helicopter, and SES crews was initiated.
Family members are being assisted by local police and Salvation Army officers.
