For a while now it’s been known locally they do a stellar job, and next month, the efforts of Volunteering Gold Coast will be recognised on the international stage.
The CEO’s been invited to share the group’s success story at the World Volunteer Conference in London.
“We’re really, really excited about being invited. The President of the world volunteering movement came to see us and they were just over the moon about the initiatives we’re rolling out – they regard us as world best practise.”
The Gold Coast will host the conference in 2014.
