In good news for local job seekers, the Richmond Valley has recorded one of the highest rates of job growth in New South Wales.
New data released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics has revealed 16,500 new positions were created in the region in the year to October.
A total of 50,000 jobs were created across the state during the same period.
