DISABILITY MINISTER PLEDGES SUPPORT FOR RURAL INCLUSION
Tweed inclusion group Club Latitude, has launched a music video in celebration of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, which will be rolled out across parts of New South Wales next year.
While the NDIS won’t be introduced in the state’s north until July 2017, Disability Minister John Ajaka says rural disability support initiatives are valued.
“I promise you that we will always support terrific organisations, non-government organisations that put people with disabilities first and foremost.”
The NDIS will provide individual support with education, training, and employment for people with disabilities.
