Liverpool Plains fire fighters have had a busy 24 hours with a number of blazes igniting across the region.
About 11pm last night a hay shed near Carroll caught alight and more than 200 bales and machinery were destroyed.
While two hours later a suspicious fire was located on the Kamilaroi Highway near Emerald Hill.
And just after 2 this afternoon, a boat on a trailer caught fire, which spread into a nearby barley paddock.
A fire near Mullaley also continues to burn.
