WEATHER: HEAT RELIEF FOR SOME ON THE WAY

The mercury soared today Norah Head and Taree both experienced their hottest November days on record. Records were hard to break because you might remember we experienced and incredible heatwave around the same time last year in the 23rd. Singleton in the Hunter Valley for example hit 45 degrees on that day. Tonight the southerly will arrive pushing through the Central Coast and Hunter Valley. It’s not moving very fast and will run out puff towards the NW Plains so Moree will experience another 40 degree day tomorrow. For NE NSW and SE QLD it will be a very hot night and the mercury will climb quickly tomorrow morning before the change arrives in the afternoon evening period. Showers will develop along the coast behind the change. Inland areas of the NW may see some small shower and storm development on Sunday with slightly cooler temperatures.
