PUPPY FARM TO BE DISCUSSED AT GWYDIR COUNCIL

The owners of a puppy farm, located on the eastern border of the Gwydir Shire, have lodged a development application with council to improve the facilities.
Mayor John Coulton says he’s been inundated with emails and petitions from all over the world, demonstrating strong opposition to the facility, but maintains council will consider the application in terms of its compliance.
The RSPCA and a number of councillors inspected the Onus Street property on Tuesday.
Council will discuss the application at next month’s meeting.

thanks and congratulations on your article. I am contacting the Mayor of Gwydir Council for an interview telling him Gwydir will be regarded as the Isis of dog cruelty if he gives permission. please continue to follow this story. I am too old to drive there and organise a protest but will exert what pressure I can and try and involve the British press. please continue to tryand shame the council into banning this concentration camp for dogs. susanna de vries AM. author and retired journalist.
