Police have grabbed garden hoses, in a bid to control a blaze at a Molendinar steel manufacturing business overnight.
Responding to alarms at Manufacture Drive, officers found the building alight and a front window shattered.
Fire crews soon arrived, and managed to save the building.
The blaze was contained to the office area of Master Steel.
Ambulance officers treated one man, and a number of police at the scene.
Police have declared a crime scene and want to speak with anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area around midnight.
