Lake Macquarie’s Hamish Longmuir finished second in today’s inaugural Wyong Triathlon.
The 17 year-old finished in a time of one hour, 50 minutes and six seconds, just behind Western Sydney’s Mark Watson.
600 competitors entered the race.
The event marks the return of Triathlons to the Central Coast, after a long hiatus.
