METGASCO AGM TO BE HELD DECEMBER 16

Mining giant Metgasco has announced it’s annual general meeting has been moved from November 30, to December 16.
The meeting will give shareholders the chance to accept or reject the state government’s offer of $25-million, to buy-back the company’s three exploration licences and settle all litigation.
Metgasco has been advised its top shareholders, who control more than 18 per cent of the issued shares, support the buy-back.
