Almost two years after it was approved, Belmont’s new police station will open tomorrow.
While it’s good news for the local area, it’s reignited calls from one MP for a new police station in the western suburbs.

Sonia Hornery seems to be suffering from amnesia. It was the Labor Government that shut and sold Wallsend Police Station. It seems a bit rich to me that Sonia Hornery now wants to reopen it.
