Central Coast surfers Adrian Buchan and Matt Wilkinson have been eliminated from the Rip Curl Pro in Portugal.
The Ace went down to Hawaiin Sebastian Zietz in Round Two – Buchan’s top score a five, for a forehand barrel.
In Round Three, Wilkinson was desperately unlucky against Joel Parkinson.
The Copacabana goofy footer posted a 7.7 late in the heat, with a trademark backhand attack.
But the former World Number one advanced, with a 15 to 14.6 win.
