Roads and Maritime Services will begin investigations on Taree’s Martin Bridge next week, in preparation for major maintenance works next year.
For six weeks it will be examining various parts of the structure to determine how the works will be carried out.
Single lane closures and reduced speed limits will be in place between 8pm and 4am, starting next Sunday.
