A policeman’s been injured while trying to arrest a man at a caravan park on the New South Wales north coast.
The officer had his nose and hand broken after a man challenged police as they tried to arrest another at Nambucca Heads on Tuesday night.
The police had earlier arrested a 26-year-old man for allegedly dealing and possessing drugs. The officer was assaulted when police returned to the caravan park.
Police also found a commercial amount of methylamphetamine, and housebreaking equipment.
Three men will face court over the incident.
