North bound lanes of the Pacific Highway, north of Raymond Terrace are closed to heavy vehicles after a truck carrying concrete spans, tipped over, spilling its load.
Emergency services are on scene attempting to right the truck and clear the lanes at 12-Mile Creek, near the weighbridge.
North-bound cars are passing the scene, with queues of up to a kilometre either side of the accident.
